This modern house, built in the traditional Scottish style, has uninterrupted views across Ardmair Bay to the distant Summer Isles. The conservatory allows the visitor to take full advantage of the stunning views and spectacular sunsets. The house has modern décor and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere and stands in a large area of shared and unfenced heather moorland on a rocky knoll overlooking Ardmair Bay. One twin bedroom and the walk-in shower room are on the ground floor.
The area is very popular with hill-walkers, climbers and mountain bikers and there is excellent fishing to be had. The house provides an ideal base to explore the beautiful far North West coast with its interesting heritage, world famous geology and lovely beaches. A boat trip to the Summer Isles gives the opportunity to spot sea life and a variety of sea birds. The fishing port of Ullapool (3 miles) offers shops, restaurants, swimming pool, golf course and a lively Gaelic cultural scene as well as day trips to the Outer Hebrides.
1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, stylish lounge with wood-burning stove, well-equipped kitchen/dining room leading to the conservatory, bathroom, shower room, utility room. Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating plus stove. Fridge, microwave, auto washing machine, television, video, telephone. Bed linen and towels provided.
