Customer Reviews of 1 Shandwick Street, Tain - Sleeps 4
1st comment: Just turn left out of cottage and walk along and you are soon in high street amongst everything. Great museum and train staion just a small walk away. If you cross over the station bridge you are right onto the water front and into the play park. Large Tesco, Co-op and Lidl nearby. Glenmorangie Distillery just outside of the town and highly recommend. 1 Shandwick Street is a great cottage with lovely little garden to rear. Everything you need inside and so clean. May 2012.
2nd comment: The cottage is absolutely lovely and comfortable. The owners clearly care for the property as well as for its guests. We were delighted with its location (central, but in a quiet street), and the interior seemed almost new. There was plenty of information available about the area and the cottage had been heated up before our arrival which made us feel even more welcome (after our long journey). It was fantastic to be able to bring along our dog! Feb 2012.
