Muck
Tiny Muck is one of the smallest of the Inner Hebrides islands, just two miles long by a mile wide and gets it unfortunate name gaelic for pig from the porpoises or sea-pigs that frequent its bays.
The ferry drops anchor near Port Mor where there is some accommodation. There is also a tea room that offers some snacks. The local hotel Port Mor House Hotel offers an all in for £60 pp night which includes dinner.
There is also a Yurt available from mid day to September which offers traditional Mongolian hospitality in a Scottish setting. (Call 01687 462362 at £15 per night)
There is also a bunk house (closed in 2011 until October) at £12 per person
