Uninterrupted sea views from the living room. A multitude of excellent golf courses close by, along with a great range of children’s activities - Deer Park, Water World and the Secret Bunker. Historic houses and museums locally. Shop and pub 500 yards.
Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Low ceilings throughout. Fairly steep, half spiral stairs to first floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (zip and link), 1 twin. Shower room with toilet.
Gas CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Small enclosed garden and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking.
