In the heart of the coastal village of Kinghorn on the Firth of Forth and only 5 minutes’ walk from the harbour and small sandy beach, this ground floor holiday property with cosy multi-fuel burner is an ideal holiday retreat whatever the season. Easy access into the centre of Edinburgh over the dramatic Forth Railway Bridge, station 5 minutes’ walk. Look out for seals, porpoises and countless sea birds from the Fife coastal path. Golf 1 mile, St Andrews 40 minutes. Well placed to enjoy central Scotland. Shop, restaurant and pub 200 yards.
All on ground floor: Living room with double sofa bed. Dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
Multi-fuel burner in living room (initial fuel inc). Gas CH, gas, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Freeview TV. DVD. CD. Gas hob. Elec oven. M/wave. W/machine. F/freezer. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture situated 50 yards from the property. Cycle store. No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: 8 steps in garden leading to terrace.

12th Comment We liked the dining kitchen in particular- although the brochure said it was a house, it was actually a flat. My husband liked the large tv and sound system and tv in kitchen. Central position and great for touring. May 2010.

15th Comment Very pleasant accommodation. Nicely done up, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Hard floors throughout which was ideal for the dog. The propery does not have a garden though so we had to take the dog to the local grassy area (30 seconds away) when he needed to go out. Feb 2010.

20th Comment This cottage is fantastic. Its location is perfect with shops, take aways and a lovely pub that does fantastic food all very close by. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. Would recommend the Laigh to anyone, we will definitely be back. June 2009.
