Set in a quiet rural location, this cosy holiday cottage enjoys lovely views across open countryside towards Nigg Bay and the Cromarty Firth. An RSPB Reserve, sea trips, fishing, golf, castles and south, west and east facing beaches all within easy reach. Great for touring the scenic Highlands. Historic Cromarty is a short ferry trip (also accessed by road) with Inverness, the Highland Capital approx 45 minutes drive. Shops 41/2 miles, pubs 3 miles. Can be booked with property 19987 to sleep up to 12 guests.
Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Step down to dining room/kitchen with beams. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms with sloping ceilings.
Woodburner in living room inc. Partial elec heaters, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Tel-incoming calls only. Large enclosed garden with sitting area and furniture. Parking (3 cars). No smoking. NB: There are steps and sloping banks in the garden. Pets free of charge.

4th comment: The ideal place to get away from it all. We have two dogs and they loved it. Nice area for walking and a short car drive to the beaches. Lots of interesting nature and sight seeing to do in the area. A lovely cottage with enclosed garden. We especially liked lighting up the wood burner on an evening. May 2011.
