A warm Highland welcome awaits at Highland Farm Cottages, where guests can experience exceptionally high quality accommodation with stunning panoramic views, all set in peaceful and relaxed surroundings. The cottages have been furnished and equipped to a very high standard to ensure as enjoyable a holiday as possible. Originally built in 1860 as barns and stables for the farm, the cottages have undergone sympathetic conversions retaining many original features. Just one mile outside the market town of Dingwall, the cottages enjoy beautiful views across rolling farmland and on towards the waters of the Cromarty Firth and the Black Isle. Only 20 minutes’ drive from the Highland capital of Inverness and within easy access of the Moray Coast, the scenic west coast and the Isle of Skye, this is just the perfect base for exploring the many wonders of the north of Scotland. Mountain biking, climbing, hill walking, sea trips, fishing and golf are just some of the many activities available. A visit to Loch Ness is recommended and is just a short drive. Castles, distilleries and many historic sites coupled with wonderful unspoilt quiet beaches make this an area of interest to all ages. For the less energetic, guests can just sit back in the comfort of the living room and watch the ever-changing and beautiful scenery. Shop and pub 1½ miles.
