This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast/dining area, a utility room, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, lockable bike storage and a tiered patio garden at the side with furniture and a barbecue. Griffin Lodge is a wonderful holiday base.

The house suited our needs very well! There was plenty of room and good views across to the sea. It was in a nice quiet area with no passing traffic! The key holder visited not long after I arrived to ensure everything was in order. The house was well equipped, clean and warm.

The bungalow provided very comfortable accommodation with good sea views from the lounge and two of the bedrooms. All the contents and fittings were of high quality. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a rental property and the power showers were an added bonus. The bungalow is well located for exploring Galloway and a week of excellent March weather enabled us to take full advantage. The owner obviously takes great pride in the presentation of the property and her visit on the evening of our arrival to explain the heating etc. was most welcome.
