Customer Reviews of Glenside Farmhouse, Near Ayr, sleeps 6
st comment: Great accommodation, really like a home from home. Lots of room, we were 2 adults and 3 kids and a dog. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Oct 2011.
nd comment: Wonderful setting, accommodation and hosts. We will return. July 2011.
rd comment: Fabulous location with views over the trees down to the firth. Culzean Castle is a must visit (free to walk through in the evenings). The farmhouse is quite large and very good first impression but the beds are not comfortable and the kitchen equipment is a little old. July 2011.
th comment: A lovely relaxing holiday. The cottage was comfortable, spacious and welcoming. Everything was perfect - from the welcome tray of coffee, hot, home made scones and home made jam to the quiet countryside and great walks. April 2011.
th comment: Excellent location, splendid views, very comfortable, a real home from home. The owners were very nice people and very helpful. The house is more like a family home than a rental property. Oct 2010.
th comment: The cottage was like home from home, and very welcoming. If you forgot to take anything with you then they were probably provided, eg salt, pepper, tissues etc. Sept 2010.

th Comment The farmhouse is very well equipped and in a lovely setting with views of Arran. The rooms are clean, spacious and cosy (we enjoyed the open fire!), with hundreds of books to suit every possible taste. A very relaxing, peaceful place, with Culzean castle at the end of the drive! Owners Dougie and Sue are very welcoming and friendly. April 2010.
th Comment Extremely helpful and friendly owners. Beautiful location. Absolutely home from home. Acres of land in which to walk our dog. Quiet home with large, clean rooms. Two log fires. Our dog was welcomed and the owners even keep treats for visiting dogs. Jan 2010.
