Corndavon Cottage is a single-storey timber clad lodge in the grounds of Gairnshiel hunting lodge in Glengairn, six miles from Ballater and Crathie on the river Gairn. The property includes use of fishing for trout in season and a has a hot tub in the garden. Corndavon is ideally placed for sightseeing around Royal Deeside, including Balmoral Castle, Aberdeen or the Cairngorms National Park.
The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, multi-fuel stove and doors to a decked area. Outside is off road parking and a decked area with furniture, patio with hot tub and a lawned garden.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove.

Notes
- Free trout fishing (between March and October, restrictions apply) in river 2 mins from cottage.
- Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
- Shop and pub 6 miles.
- Properties are next to a fenced river, therefore children must be supervised at all times.
- There is poor mobile phone coverage in the area, with the exception of O2 and EE.
- No stag/hen or similar.
