Surrounded by beautiful Perthshire countryside, this single-storey timber lodge is situated on a peaceful 14-acre site just 6 miles from Auchterarder and the Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Course.
Boasting a tastefully furnished living area and a large patio area, this holiday property is surrounded by walking and cycling paths with picnic areas. Fishing, horse riding, off road driving and watersports available locally.
Stirling is 25 miles with many attractions, The Wallace Monument and The Mill Trail. Perth and Dunfermline are approx 25 miles, with Edinburgh and Glasgow easily accessible by car.
Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
All on ground floor: Living room with patio doors. Dining room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 double, one with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 bunk. Bathroom with toilet. Wooden floors throughout.

1st comment: Lovely property, very warm and comfortable. Very modern. Bit remote. No nearby shops or pubs. You have to use the car everday. No easy access to public transport. Oct 2011.
2nd comment: The lodge was set in a beautiful valley with hill views from every window. The owners provided almost everything you could need on your stay including hand soaps and kitchen spray. I could have packed a bit lighter than I did if I’d have known! We hardly saw another person outside the lodges, it was very peaceful. Aug 2011.

18th Comment I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday cottage. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. Our stay was beyond our expectation and the rooms all five star with Sky TV even in the bedrooms. The location was excellent for walks and only half an hour from major towns.
