Killin with its spectacular falls of Dochart, is situated at the west end of Loch Tay. Situated in an elevated position above the village this delightfully stylish detached holiday home, set in a residential development, enjoys magnificent views towards the Tarmachan Ridge and Ben Lawers.
Nearby Loch Earn (approximately 8 miles) is a popular watersports centre. Golf, fishing, walking and mountain biking are popular local pursuits.
Well situated for touring with the picturesque towns of Aberfeldy, Callander, Crieff, Perth and Pitlochry within easy travelling distance.
Shop, pub and resaurant 500 yards. Has won the gold award.

1st comment: Location of the cottage was good - if weather had been on our side walking would have been great because you did not need to use your car. We visited many places i.e. Pitlochry, Kenmore, Aberfeldy, Inveraty Loch Lomond, Callender and St.Andrews - Blair Castle, Inverary Castle and Jail were a must. Sept 2011.

3rd comment: The property was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The views from the are stunning. The village and surrounding areas of killing is beautiful. Many areas of historical beauty such as Fort William, Loch Lomond, Sterling Cstle, Oban, The Isle of Mull and Iona are all within easy commutable distance. My friends and I had a most enjoyable and relaxed holiday, in this accommodation. We will be recommend both the property and location to family and friends. June 2011.
4th comment: Stunning views from the house & only 5 minutes walk from the shops and pubs of Killin. Killin is an ideal location to explore Perthshire, the west coast and the Cairngorms and is a very friendly village. We’ve stayed in this property 7 times. May 2011.
